總結性評估:我們將每學年劃分為兩個學期,每個學期結束之前都會有總結性評估測試,並伴隨相應的學習表現報告。
形成性評估:老師會記錄學生的課堂和日常表現,通過書面、口頭或我們的家校溝通內聯網,將學生的學習進展告知家長。我們亦會定期舉行年度、月度家長會,讓家長了解學生的學習情況。

· Demonstrated experience in international school settings with knowledge of IBDP and Cambridge curriculum frameworks
· Understanding of developmental needs across the full school age range (5-18 years)
· Training in trauma-informed practice and crisis intervention techniques
· Experience with special education needs assessment and support strategies
· Strong case management and documentation skills
· Cultural competence and experience working in multicultural environments
· Excellent communication skills in English (Chinese language proficiency highly desirable)
· Knowledge of child protection procedures and safeguarding best practices
