錢明教授

錢明教授畢業於南京理工大學(博士2008)、香港教育大學(教育文憑2020),曾任職中國科學院深圳先進技術研究院(2008-2017)、美國南加州大學國立衛生研究院(2013-2014)。

錢明教授有豐富的科研經驗及教育經驗。科研方面,他曾領導十餘人的科研團隊完成了多個科研項目,在國際期刊上發表了數十篇科研論文,成功申請數十項發明專利;教育方面,他曾歷任助理教授(碩士生導師)、正教授(博士生導師),2017年漢鼎創校伊始,錢教授傾力加盟,任教IB DP及劍橋科學課程,歷任科學部主任、國際課程中心主任、劍橋協調員。2024-2025學年開始,錢教授任中學部校長。

錢明教授精心設計了漢鼎的國際課程體系,將跨學科教育理念、情境式教育模式和「創新」精神進行有機的融合。創造探究式學習氛圍,讓學生深入理解科學概念並保持學習興趣和好奇心。開展基於項目的教學,讓學生以團隊協作的方式自主研发學習和運用多學科知識去解決現實問題。

Professor Qian Ming holds a Ph.D. from Nanjing University ofScience and Technology (2008) and a PGDE from the Education University of HongKong (2020). He has a diverse professional background, having worked at theShenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences(2008-2017), and the National Institutes of Health, University of SouthernCalifornia (2013-2014).

With extensive experience in both scientific research andeducation, Professor Qian Ming has led a research team, authored numerouspapers in international journals, and secured multiple invention patents. Inthe realm of education, he has held roles ranging from assistant professor tofull professor, guiding students at various academic levels including Ph.Dstudents. Joining Han Academy in 2017, Professor Qian joined to teach IB DP andCambridge Science courses, eventually assuming positions as the Director ofSTEAM Faculty, Head of the International Curriculum Centre, and CambridgeCoordinator. Professor Qian serves as the Secondary School Principal startingfrom the 2024-2025 academic year.

At Han Academy, Professor Qian Ming meticulously crafted aninternational curriculum framework, blending interdisciplinary educationprinciples, situational teaching methodologies, and a culture of innovation.His emphasis on inquiry-based learning fosters a deep understanding ofscientific concepts while nurturing students' curiosity and passion forlearning. Through project-based approaches, students are encouraged to explore,collaborate, and apply diverse knowledge domains to tackle real-worldchallenges effectively.
