吳苗欣老師畢業於香港科技大學國際語言教育碩士專業，擁有漢語國際教育學士學位。她曾在深圳、香港、斯里蘭卡的中小學擁有中文教學和支教經歷，曾面對面教過來自法國、韓國、英國、非洲的二語學生，擅於根據不同的人群如小學生、留學生、大學教授等傳授個性化、差異化的漢語教學。
吳苗欣老師於2022年加入漢鼎書院。「情知互動，寓教於樂」是她的教學風格，她傾向於在輕鬆愉快的氛圍中，利用中文的獨特魅力來吸引學生主動積極地學習中文。引導學生「學會如何學習」是她的教育理念，在教學過程中，她注重幫助學生養成適用於終生的學習習慣，並支持他們成為終身學習者。吳苗欣老師始終堅信，教育要激發學生的內驅力，發揮學生的無限潛力，讓學生能夠自主學習、自我實現。

Ms. Mia holds a Master of Science degree in International Language Education from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese International Education. She has teaching and volunteering experience in Chinese at primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka. she has taught second-language students from France, South Korea, the UK, and Africa in face-to-face. She is skilled in delivering personalized and differentiated Chinese language instruction to different groups of students, such as primary school students, international students, and university professors.
Ms. Mia joined Han Academy in 2022. Her teaching style emphasizes "interactive learning with fun" and she tends to use the unique charm of the Chinese language to attract students to actively learn in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Her educational philosophy is to guide students in "learning how to learn," emphasizing the development of lifelong learning habits during the teaching process and supporting students to become lifelong learners. She firmly believes that education should stimulate students' intrinsic motivation and unleash their unlimited potential, enabling them to learn and realize themselves independently.
