余靜女士於2017年加入漢鼎書院，擔任副校長和中文課程總監；2021年擔任執行校長，2022年擔任校長。她有近27年的IB國際課程教學經驗和25年的學校管理經驗，曾在內地知名國際課程學校擔任教學主任、德育主任，協助總校長管理國際小學，並受總校委託，協助創辦分校。來到漢鼎書院後，余靜女士憑著豐富的教學和管理經驗，竭盡全力幫助教師，帶領教師竭盡全力幫助學生，引領全體漢鼎人砥礪前行。
從一名普通的中文老師成長為一名有豐富經驗的IB教師和管理者，余靜女士具有開闊的胸襟和多元的教育視角，她深信「成功的教育就應該讓孩子成為最好的自己。」

Ms. Linda Yu joined Han Academy in 2017, serving as Vice Principal and Director of Chinese Curriculum. In 2021, she became the Acting Principal, and in 2022, she took on the role of Principal. With nearly 27 years of IB international curriculum teaching experience and 25 years of school management experience, she previously held positions as Head of Teaching and Head of Moral Education at well-known international curriculum schools in mainland China. She assisted the Chief Principal in managing international primary schools and was entrusted by the Chief Principal to assist in establishing branch schools. Since joining Han Academy, Ms. Yu has utilized her rich teaching and management experience to support teachers, enabling them to better assist students and leading the entire Han community forward.
Growing from an ordinary Chinese teacher to an experienced IB educator and manager, Ms. Linda Yu possesses an open mind and a diverse educational perspective. She firmly believes that "successful education should help children become the best version of themselves."
