Ms. Julia Xiao joined Han Academy in 2020 and assumed the role of Head of Primary Pastoral Care in 2021. She brings over a decade of teaching and management experience from private schools in Hong Kong, having held positions such as Head of School Operations, Head of Primary Pastoral Care, and Subject Head of Chinese and Physical Education.
Ms. Xiao firmly believes that every student is a unique gem with awe-inspiring potential. She is committed to working closely with parents and all stakeholders to uncover and nurture this potential, guiding students to become confident, lifelong learners.
