Born and raised in Hong Kong, Igrew up through the international school system with a great passion for sportsand the sciences. This naturally led to my pursuit of a Sports and HealthScience degree at the University of Exeter in the UK. I then returned to HongKong to pursue my other passion of basketball by coaching and playing in localtournaments for a few years.
Naturally competitive, Icontinue to play recreational basketball at a high level, butalso encourage my students to enjoy competitions. I emphasizethe importance of teamwork and camaraderie within any sport teamwhich has led to great success in the basketball teams I have coached. Iam looking forward to taking part in more sports teams.
I found a lot of enjoyment incoaching/teaching, with a belief in developing goodrelationships and trust between my students. I hope to pass the knowledge ofhealth through a combination of sports and science through my teaching.
