Mr. Zhao Lei, member of the 13th All-China Youth Federation, member of the Hong Kong Election Commission, member of the 6th China Youth Science and Technology Workers Association, director of the 12th Heilongjiang Youth Federation Hong Kong and Macao Sector, once worked at Harbin Institute of Technology, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Department of Graduate Student Union Chairman), Tsinghua University Wudaokou School of Finance, Cornell University Johnson School of Business, etc. He once studied at China Pudong Leadership Academy, China Jinggangshan Leadership Academy, and National School of Administration. Outstanding young leaders, entrepreneurs and investors in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. In 2014, he was received by the then Chief Secretary for Administration of Hong Kong and the current Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Ms. Carrie Lam. In 2017, he was received by Mr. Leung Chun-ying, the then Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the current Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. In 2015, 2017, and 2019, he was invited to participate in the officiating activities of President Xi Jinping three times, and had a dialogue with President Xi Jinping as an outstanding Hong Kong youth representative during the 2015 Wuzhen World Internet Conference.
