方舟博士JP是香港一國兩制研究中心研究總監。他在區域經濟規劃、國際關係和一國兩制方面從事多年研究工作，對粵港澳大灣區、香港北部都會區、港深河套科技園等規劃貢獻良多。他還擔任全國港澳研究會理事、中華海外聯誼會理事、香港政府北部都會區諮詢委員會委員、香港深圳社團總會常務副會長、深圳市政協委員、深圳市國際化顧問委員會委員、深圳市和珠海市決策諮詢委員會委等公職。

Dr. Joe Fang JP is the Research Director of the One Country Two Systems Research Centre in Hong Kong. He has been engaged in regional economic planning, international relations and One Country, Two Systems for many years, and has made significant contributions to the planning of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong's northern metropolitan area, and the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Loop Science Park. He also serves as a council member of the National Association of Hong Kong and Macao Studies, a council member of the China Overseas Friendship Association, a member of the Hong Kong Government's Northern Metropolis Advisory Committee, the Executive Vice President of the Federation of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Community Organisations, a member of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Internationalisation Advisory Committee, and a member of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal Government's Decision-making Advisory Committee.
